The 353 bed Alliot house is situated on the doorstep to Blackhorse Road Underground station, offering a well connected and convenient location for students to travel into central London in under 30 minutes.
The development features a ground floor garden space as well as 2 roof terraces - all have been furnished by Bailey Streetscene.

A timber clad Brighton Shelter provides covered seating for tenants and also features ashtrays for smokers.
Dotted around the garden are Greengate litter bins, ensuring the area remains litter free.
Alliot House has 2 roof gardens with views overlooking the city and nearby reservoirs. The roof gardens are furnished with Greengate Benches and a number of our belgravia planters bringing natural bursts of colour to the space.
The aluminium planters are designed and manufactured in sections making delivery to spaces such as roof terraces easier as they can be transported through the buildings and assembled in situ.
